This “CPC Lite” liability insurance is tailored to support contractors working within the following industries:

Policy details:

  • Per Tank Limits from $500,000 per/$1 million aggregate to $5 million aggregate
  • No limitations on tank age or size
  • AST capacity up to 49,999 gallons

  • Coverage for third-party bodily injury and property damage claims resulting from pollution conditions emanating from scheduled tanks
  • Provides coverage for corrective action due to releases from scheduled tanks
  • Policy/Certificate satisfies federal requirements for financial responsibility (where applicable)
  • UST policies are issued on an admitted basis, available in all states except WA
  • AST and AST/UST policies are issued on a surplus lines basis in all states except MN
